We provide tax preparation, tax planning and advisory, financial planning, bookkeeping and payroll, IRS representation and resolution, and fractional CFO services to business owners, professionals, and high-income individuals.

• Understand that delays, missing information, or inaccuracies on your side may affect timelines, fees, and outcomes.

We handle the information you share with us with care and treat it as confidential, subject to applicable law, professional standards, and the operation of the vendors and systems we use to deliver services (for example, e-file systems, accounting software, secure document portals, and payment processors). No website, software, or transmission method is completely secure, and we do not promise that any information you share will be fully protected against every possible risk. You should avoid sending highly sensitive details through unsecured email and use a secure upload method when one is offered.

Fees, payment schedules, and scope of work are generally set out in an engagement letter, proposal, invoice, or other written communication applicable to your matter. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due on receipt. Unpaid balances may, to the extent permitted by law, result in suspended work, paused deliverables, withheld documents that are not legally required to be released, or termination of the engagement.
